Equitrain offers dressage lessons (group or private), starting young horses, young horse education, online courses and online coaching, long lining, rehabilitation, clinics and lectures.
Long lining
Long lining is an efficient form of training that benefits all horses, also as rehabilitation.
My work with long lining has been published as how-to-articles in the biggest equestrian magazine in Sweden, Tidningen Ridsport.
Online courses
My first online course about young horse training began in the autumn of 2014 through collaboration with the website of Team Hästkraft (Swedish for Team HorsePower). Text, picture and film was created together with Eva Österlund and Lotta Gyllensten. From then onwards the successful concept is held one or two times a year.
The key to success
I train horses and riders working closely with both individuals resulting in a development which gives joy and satisfaction for both parties. I strongly believe that the key to success lays in understanding the horses and giving them the time they need to improve step by step.
I work with both long- and short-term goals, improving every aspect of the horse’s training and life quality. I emphasize creating a versatility in the training, resulting in sustainable and healthy individuals that are able to perform in the sport. I can offer my clients help with making a weekly schedule covering the basics, as well as correcting the small details that makes all the difference.
Getting the horse and rider to completely understand each other is a big challenge, and I love it!
Since my whole life has been about horses, I have developed a good ability to communicate with them, and I have a lot of experience training and educating horses of all ages.

I have extensive experience in both teaching the art of riding as well as training horses myself. In the end of the 80’s I began to give lessons, and I have a Swedish trainer certificate (called “C-trainer”) for dressage.
For the past 25 years I have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience, coming together in a system with many different techniques and methods. My curiosity and eagerness to learn keeps me open to find new ways and solutions that will be useful in my teaching development. I learn daily from my students, both horses and riders.
I travel around the world giving lessons, courses and clinics and find myself very inspired from visiting new places and meeting people as curious and eager to learn as I am.
